Lucy is based near Hungerford in Berkshire. She has been eventing for over 25 years and has competed at Advanced International level on horses she has produced from youngsters. She has competed in France, Italy, Portugal, Ireland and Holland on many occasions. Lucy has now scaled down her team of eventers and will only be competing 2 horses of her own. Both have enormous potential but at only 6 yrs old are presently in training and starting low level competitions aiming to be out eventing towards the middle to end of 2014. They are called KLS Cooley B and Jungle Cat.

Aside from eventing Lucy also has a passion for animal welfare, and all aspects of veterinary care. She first got in touch with Syncthermology in 2013 having known of several horses over the years with non specific, difficult to diagnose, poor performance issues. Lucy fully understands the importance of meticulous maintenance and management of competition horses, particularly event horses, and feels this technology is a valuable tool which will evaluate the whole horse, will be the horses voice, and help identify whether there’s an underlying physical dysfunction, rather than what may be perceived as a behavioural problem. The fact that it will also detect abnormality within tendons and ligaments before structural lesions are present is very helpful when monitoring equine athletes throughout their competitive life.
